WKF selects for high profile & International events. The selection
of Athletes to represent Wales Karate Federation at these events, will have a strict criteria that MUST be adhered
to. The full criteria will be available to all athletes that train regularly with the
Wales Karate Federation Squad and on the WKF Website as a download.
The Criteria set below are just some of the requirements;
1. Eligibility - (Must conform to the eligibility requirements for Wales Karate Federation).
2. Squad Training - (Must have required attendance).
3. Proven Performance Track Record - (Must be Competing/Medalling at required events).
4. Availability - (Must be available for the selected event).
5. Permission - (Must have Chief Instructor & Parents permission (if under 18) to participate).
